ABOUT DOJANG X

We Are Dojang X
Our vision is to live in a world where more people have the confidence, health and fitness to not only dream but also achieve their goals in life.
We’re on a mission to help the people of Oxfordshire discover the traditional Korean martial art: Soo Bahk Do, so that they can embrace an active and sustainable lifestyle that serves their physical and mental wellbeing.

About
Sabrina Mistry,
Instructor
Sabrina Mistry is a 3rd Dan (black belt) in Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan®, certified fitness professional and the instructor at Dojang X.
Growing up, Sabrina didn’t enjoy exercise or sport. Her inactive lifestyle made her unfit, overweight and lacking in confidence. A defining moment as a young adult led her to take ownership of her life.
After joining the gym and attending gym classes for some time, Sabrina wanted greater meaning to exercise to make it sustainable for life. She sought an activity that gave both structure and variety, that would always make the idea of exercise fun yet challenging.
Her search led to trialling the niche style of Soo Bahk Do, and quickly learnt that the martial art offered both physical and mental benefits beyond any other exercise class she’d ever done. Improved confidence, concentration and discipline, along with effective self-defence skills are some of the many benefits.
As a result, Sabrina launched Dojang X to share Soo Bahk Do in Oxfordshire, so that more people could be empowered in their lives.
