My 5 years old son started little Ninjas class last September and he absolutely loves it.
Sabrina, the instructor, knows how to make the class fun and engaging at the same time as she keeps order and discipline.
Karate provides great values to the little ones and reinforces listening, respect and consistency.

Really pleased with the decision to have signed our children up at Dojang earlier this year.
Both Sabrina and Hugh have been very welcoming and accommodating to our kids (11 and 9) who were very shy and somewhat nervous initially, who are now growing in confidence week on week.
Both the kids and mixed classes which our children have been part of are very well run and not only provide a good form of excerise, discipline and a new skill, but are fun and enjoyable for them at the same time.
Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get their children (or themselves) into a good, local and friendly Martial Arts club.

My son and I joined in December 2025, and it's been a fantastic experience for both of us. Training together has given us something to share outside of school and work, and it's been great to see us both progress on our martial arts journey.
The classes are welcoming, well structured, and suitable for all abilities. Since joining, I've seen my son's confidence grow, and he genuinely looks forward to every session. We'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and supportive martial arts club.

ABOUT SOO BAHK DO
Soo Bahk Do is a traditional Korean martial art with a history dating back many centuries. Developed into its modern form by Founder Hwang Kee, the art continues to be led by his son and current Grandmaster, H.C. Hwang. It combines traditional martial arts techniques with physical training, discipline and personal development.
Training includes kicks, strikes, blocks, forms and partner work, with an emphasis on developing strong technique alongside qualities such as discipline, respect, focus and perseverance. Soo Bahk Do is not primarily a competitive sport; instead, it places importance on continuous improvement and developing the whole person through martial arts training.
At Dojang X, students of different ages and abilities can experience this traditional martial art in a friendly, supportive training environment.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Sabrina Mistry is a 3rd Dan Soo Bahk Do Black Belt with over 15 years of martial arts experience and the Founder and Lead Instructor of Dojang X. She has had the opportunity to train directly under current Grandmaster H.C. Hwang through Soo Bahk Do seminars and events, continuing to develop her own knowledge and understanding of the art.
Sabrina brings her experience as both a martial artist and instructor to every class, teaching the traditional techniques, discipline and values of Soo Bahk Do while making martial arts approachable for today’s children, families and adults. She believes students should understand what they are learning, take pride in their progress and enjoy the journey along the way.
